Paws Over Poverty is a non-profit organization under the umbrella of the Amador Community Foundation dedicated to providing essential pet care, including veterinary service, grooming, and emergency support, to families facing financial struggles. Our mission is to ensure that no pet goes without the care it deserves due to financial struggles.
