  • Board Development:
Trustees’ participation as donors grew from 30% to 100% and shifted from event sponsorship to major gifts. Annual trustee gifts grew from an average of $1,000 per year to more than $20,000 per year. Recruited five one-million-dollar donors to serve on the foundation board. Lead many board retreats. Delivered many presentations to boards, donors/ prospects, senior hospital leaders, physicians, and employees.
